Is there a deductible?
When your repair is done at a Jay Hatfield Store, you will never pay a deductible! However, the Jay Hatfield Advantage coverage is good at any licensed repair facility in North America. When your repair is done at another facility there is a $250 deductible.
How long does the Jay Hatfield Advantage last?
The Jay Hatfield Advantage warranty will last for a period of 10 years or until 200,000 miles are registered on the odometer of your vehicle, whichever occurs first.
Is the warranty transferrable?
No, the warranty will stay with the vehicle and the original owner.
Do I have to complete all of the service at a Jay Hatfield Dealership?
While this is not a requirement, it is recommended. Your complimentary services must be completed at a Jay Hatfield dealership. can take your vehicle to any licensed repair shop to have maintenance done, but you must keep your service records. Our dealership is required to electronically maintain your records for submission to the insurance company, in the case you needed to make a claim.
